C1 3.7.8 tether with a Canon 5d?
I downloaded CaptureOne 3.7.8 onto my business computer (the only one I have updated to Leopard) to see if 3.7.8 works tethered with a Canon 5d. I have seen reports in the forums that people are having luck with 1dsmk2's, although the disclaimer in the release notes says many canon cameras are not supported for tethering.
The 5d did not connect, but this is not the computer I had set up for C1, so I can't be 100% sure everything else is right.
Does anyone have a Canon 5D, running 10.5.1 and C1 3.7.8 and shooting tethered?
Thanks,
greg

I am able to capture with my 5D to my MacBookPro running 3.7.8 on Leopard (10.5.1). Of course a tower might be a different beast.

Thank you for your reply. I wonder why mine didn't connect? I'm using a MacBookPro too. 0 -
greg-
couple of troubleshoots you can try- especially if
its not working on either of your computers.
1- check cables and ports.
2- Make sure firmware is updated on the camera
3-Read the following; http://www.luminous-landscape.com/forum ... 11702.html
