Can you elaborate on point 3 (ICC Profiles). I do not understand what you mean or try to achieve.

certainly. When I change the ICC profile under "Base Characteristics" and then copy and apply the settings to another photo, the profile does not paste across. I've tried it with both the lift and stamp tool and the adjustments tab.

Or the Camera Profile is not in the Copy list, or it is but not applied. Suggested checks:
1: when you give the Copy Adjustment command, is the Camera Profile selected on the list on the Adjustments tool tab?
2: if not, check it and Copy again, then Paste.
Which profile do you want to copy? Which raw file type/model?

Checked that, it is selected in the adjustments tab, still no go. I'm trying to apply the BW profile and sometimes the 5D2 profile to 5D files. I remember this function used to work a while ago, I'm not sure if a new version or my new computer brought about the change.

Copy/Paste BW profile is not working. Is a known bug. You could trick CO4 in that you make it think it is a Canon profile. Then it will work. For this to happen, you must copy and rename the profile with the camera name in it (both 5D2 and 5D). Profiles are part of the application package (ctrl-click, Show package contents).

that worked! Thank you so much. I wish there was such an easy fix for the other two things.
