Tethered Capture Issue
Hello,
I just downloaded the trial mode of the Capture One 9, and I'm having a problem with the tethered capture feature. I'm using a Nikon D3300. The camera is detected but when I shoot there is nothing. What can I do to fix this?
I apologise in advance if this isn't the forum to ask this sort of questions.

It's always best to make a support case on phase website. What are your computer specs / tether cables / OS / which C1 9 version / have you tried another body? 0 -

The D3300's Raw files are supported, but tethered capture isn't.0 -
Hi Nicole
Can you shoot from the D3300 in to a folder on your computer? Nikon software may allow this.
Then you can have Capture One treat that folder as a hot or watched folder and it should be able to do an automatic import whenever a new file arrives ion the folder.
I used to use this method with Aperture and unsupported (Sony) cameras.
