Unable to process images
My version of C1 seems to have gotten itself into a state where it can no longer process images selected from its current catalog.
I created a catalog, edited images, processed them from raw to jpg (successfully) and then imported additional images into the same catalog from a separate folder. I then adjusted those images, selected some to process but C1 did not actually process them. It tried, but the queue never actually completed and no images showed up.
I have tried repeatedly to process these images but C1 is stuck and now thinks it has 30 images to process instead of the 6 I have selected. I know what is happening - it has not processed the previous images so it just adds the new ones to the list and tries to process them all. The current list is made up of all of the previous lists and it just can not process through them and so can not get to the new ones.
I have tried to clear the previous image process list, but been unsuccessful. I am pretty sure I can solve this problem by creating a new catalog, but I would prefer to not have to go through readjusting my current images. Is there any way for me to clear any existing images from the process queue so I can start from fresh? Or do I have to create a new catalog and then readjust all of my queued images again?
Thanks.
NOTE: Terminating the application and restarting it does not solve the problem. It just picks up where it left off before the app termination.
UPDATE:
I have solved my problem. I don't know if what I did is the recommended way, but removing all of the batch job files solved the problem. C1 is acting properly now.
