theathred problem with canon 5d mark ii

hi
i am using a canon 5d mark ii .. i wanted to shoot theathred but it just does not connect to my capture pro 8.0.1
i am using os x version 10.9.5.
pls let me know how can i solve this problem

  You could try the following: in CO Pro 8, Preferences, Capture tab, go to Providers section. Uncheck the providers that you do not need, in particular the Sony provider. Restart CO Pro 8.
  
  A second tip: CO 8.0.1 is really outdated. Developments go fast these days. So many good tools have been added to 8.1 and 8.2 already! So, please update to the current version. That really helps too!
