Capture One 5.02 with Phase One H20

I recently installed Capture One DB v5.02 and tried to use it with my Phase One H20 but on all photos are black horizontal lines as you can see here http://www.proeffect.cz/tmp/0025444.jpg. (my H20 works fine with old LightPhase 2.7.) I thought it can be some trial version limitation, but program is running as Capture One DB only, which doesn't need any activation. How can I fix this problem?
