Further to my last message. I did various tests and found out the problem was caused by version 10.1 or 10.1.1 as I reinstall back to 10.02, all problem gone, except I cannot edit my Panasonic GH-5 RAW images.

Can anyone knows how to turn off the hardware acceleration.

You turn off hardware acceleration in Preferences. Go to the Capture One 10 menu, then Preferences. On the General tab, change the settings half way down the tab to Never.

    Thanks.

Tried to turn off both hardware acceleration in the preference General Tap. Capture One Pro 10.1.1 still not working properly.

Must downgrade to Version 10.02 before able to edit files!

Reported to the Technical support and hope they can solved this bug.

I thnk it is veryt unlikely that the cause of your problem is related to Hardware Acceleration.

More likely than something odd has happened during the upgrade installation.
