How to use old sessions with more comfort

I have a cupple of old sessions from times when C1 wasn't creating a \".session\"-file yet.
Is there an easier way than draging each folder, one by one, and specifying eg. \"you are the process folder now\"?
It is a bit anoying especially when you come back to the same session some days later and have to do \"same procedure as every year\" 😊

    You can go in and use create new session and simply write in the name of the session, note that the name has to be exactly the same as the session folder.
