Can't process DNG files( Leica M8)
My DNG files have an “eye†icon on them and most processing features and tools are grayed out. Any ideas?

Alon,
I get that icon on JPGs (which C1 doesn't support). Guess the icon means "view only". Hence the disabled controls. You sure you're not looking at the companion JPGs?

I have just reported to PhaseOne the same problem. CaptureOne worked fine until suddenly the eye icon appeared on all Leica M8 files (DNG) and Nikon D3 files (NEF). I can't edit them anymore. My PhaseOne P45+ files are fine. I wonder what I may have changed or what has happened.

This is further to my previous post. I have just been informed by Phase One that my license is limited to the files produced by my Digital Back (P45+). As I had purchased a license for the previous non-pro version I wonder what I am supposed to do as I was required to uninstall that before installing the Pro version. I have now asked PhaseOne if I can use the regular and Pro versions simultaneously.

If you process raw files from DSLRs or the Leica M8 (i.e. all supported raw file formats excepts Phase One backs) please assure yourself not selecting DB mode of Capture One 4. This will disable all raw editing except for the Phase One backs. 0 -

You can process Phase One DB and DSLR files with CO4.5/4.5 Pro. Obviously, additional Pro/DB features like lenscorrection are only available in Pro/DB mode.0
