C1 Pro and basICColor profiles?

Hi,

I've just calibrated my monitor with basICColor 4 and when opening files
in C1 Pro, the images are posterized when this profile is selected as a
monitor profile. Other applications are fine with this profile (RSP, Photoshop)

Anyone else had this problem? Anyone knows what causes it and how it can
be resolved?

    Are both the Thumbnails and Previews displaying this way?
    It may be that they have corrupted. Deleting from Preview Cache and letting them rebuild may solve this problem. They can be identified by the bottom line of meta data at the Settings file name.

    If this is continues even with New Sessions, then please create a Support Case and attach this profile to the Case.
