I imported an old catalog from iPhoto through Aperture into C1 9.0 (and then upgraded to 9.1) and I noticed some oddities in sorting by date. There's photos going back to 2003, and I noticed they weren't showing in the proper order like they do in iPhoto and Aperture. When I look at the metadata in C1, it doesn't list a date. That's probably understandable as many of these photos have little to no IPTC or EXIF metadata at all. So it seems that iPhoto and Aperture will use the file creation date if there's no EXIF date, but C1 doesn't. Does this sound right or am I missing something? Is there a fix, like a utility to embed the file date into the EXIF data?

This isn't a 9.1 specific issue, it was present in 9.0 as well.

    Same issue here. Have had to revert to 9.03. Quite disappointed with phase one. Am waiting for 9.1.1
