Images not rotated when opend in PS CS5

When I have processed my portrait images in CaptureOne 5.x from Canon RAW files the images open in photoshop the wrong way (landscape).

  CS5 is still way to buggy to rely on...

  Please see the Known Issues. The presence of an XMP file among the RAW can cause just as you described.
