uninstalling old version
I have just noticed while trying to clean up my laptop that although I've been running C1 3.7.5 for a while, the currently installed programs on my Windows XP add/remove programs list is showing that Capture One Pro 3.6 is still there with a size of nearly 6 gigabytes, while 3.7.5 seems to be taking up around 2.2 gig. Can I remove 3.6 without affecting 3.7.5?
I seem to remember reading somewhere that removing the old version might affect the current install, but I could do with getting rid of the 5-6 gigabytes of space that the old version seems to be occupying.
Any suggestions?

Unless you actually fully installed new versions in new directories (vs. upgrades) those are not really there or taking any HD space.
I think it is due to poor handling of the update process by PO, leaving registries behind.
You can tell if fully independent installs by checking directories in Programs. Mostly likely you just have one version installed.
