Installed fine, but slow slow, and crashes even when I leave it open for 1 hour without any activity. I'm running a Win8 PC with 32Gb Ram and i7 Quad processor, with 2 x SSD drives. I also have Lightroom 5 which is fine and speedy to process photos.
But I would like to try Capture One and use for processing my Canon 7D images.

What graphics adapter do you have ?

Just bought a GTX690 with 4Gb DDR5 mem and 3 DVI outputs for my 3 monitors.

I hope you found that it would increase the speed quite a bit?

I took the GTX690 back and replaced with a Titan. WOW what a difference. Upgraded my motherboard as well. Now my motherboard Experience index is 7.8 which is strange as it's a SSD drive.

Capture One now imports the images at speed.
