I regret updating to C1,12

FirstName LastName
When I upgraded to C1,12 all of pictures went "offline". What did I do wrong? Is there a better way to make the transition from V11 to V12?

Unless I missed a step, the benefit of V12 is of dubious value considering the pain/effort that I now have to go through to bring my old catalogs into V12.

    It is a miserable rainy day here, so I bit the bullet and brute forced the solution (10,000 images). Not quite all of my images, there are still two folders that are not happy. But, I am now working with C1 V12. BTW, Used the new linear filter, very nice.

    This happened to me as well. Well, C1 says they are offline, but they are not. I am able to "Show Image in Finder" which means it knows where the RAW file is, but when I try to Refine Mask, for instance, I get this error... "The Refine Mask operation cannot be used with offline images."

    Help!
