LCC and dust removal
Currently I'm running C1 8.1. I have the reaccurring problem with having the dust removal use within the LCC function. Often the dust removal function cannot be activated or used. This doesn't happen all the time but often enough in a manner that I'm completely unable to use the dust removal. This was already the case in C1 7 and now again in C1 8. Even when I completely reset the LCC frame (command R) or rename the frame and command R it doesn't allow me to use the dust removal option. Often to speed up my workflow on location I undo the option of dust removal in the "creating LCC options" menu. I've noticed that often when I activate the option back on, the dust removal continues to not work. I'm currently working on a project were I didn't switch the function off while capturing the LCC file and still with certain frames it doesn't allow me to use the dust removal. Please advice if there is a proven work around or remedy to this problem.

Are you using a Session or Catalog?
If you create a new one (session or catalog) and access the same images can you then use the feature?
Can you create a support case and provide details including the files, session/catalog?0 -
I'm running in sessions. Where do I post a support case? 0 -
Hi,
I am also having an issue with the dust removal being greed out after creating an LCC. On some old Leaf images even the uniform light is greyed out.
Cheers
