PROCESSING ERROR-CANNOT PROCESS FLE

When I go to develop a file I get the following error message:
"CANNOT PROCESS FILE"
When I click on that error message I get the following info.


Description: There was an error during the processing of the output file.
File: /Users/angelo/Pictures/Capture One Library/150209 Nu/Capture/150209 Nu42928.IIQ
Domain: com.phaseone.captureone
Code: 13



I changed nothing from my previous session and files were processing normally.
Tried rebooting. Same problem.

Any help out there?

    Some tips:
    - clear the batch history
    - check the profile of the recipe and the proof profile setting
