Self Timer

Is it possible to set a delay when capturing tethered to C1 Pro? I'm using a Powerbook and a Canon EOS5D, and need to hit the return key to capture a shot, but then be able to manipulate an object in the shot when the shutter fires. I need to work tethered as I'm using an image overlay. I haven't got an assistant to help!

    Seems I just need to set the 5D to self timer!
