Phase has been pretty good about supporting Pentax cameras..
I would have thought K70 was already supported...

I wouldn't expect your lenses to be supported. The lenses Could be supported but I would not make a purchase decision expecting this to happen in the future...

As a general principle, we do not comment on future product development.

Specifically, for Capture One development and camera support, our ambition is to support all top selling high end camera models. We evaluate each camera request we receive as a unique case and Capture One now supports more than 400 different cameras from Canon, Sony, Nikon, Fuji, Olympus, Pentax and naturally Phase One just to mention a few. All cameras are individually optimized by a special/unique Phase One technology process.

As fast as it can go, since the most recent update, the K-70 is fully supported. 😄
Would be nice, if now still other lenses of Pentax would be added. 😉
    Thank you

I fully agree, I find it a bit odd that in a top of the range program like Capture One, I still have to take my images into .jpeg format and then use Adobe Camera Raw to make any corrections to my Pentax lenses. Capture One is by far the best RAW converter IMHO in every other respect except for lens corrections, at least for those of us who aren't Canon/Nikon/Sony users. Even the manual correction controls are a bit crude, you need a touch like a Midwife to get rid of any pincushion distortion manually using the Distortion slider provided! 😄
