Move the sidecar when transferring files?

I have read about the issue of file organization when trying to transfer a session from a laptop to the desktop computer. In my case the shoot is still on the cards. So can I ingest the files from the cards to the desktop and then attach the sidecar files from the laptop so as not to have to redo all the adjustments I have made already?

    Yes, that is the whole idea. I prefer to let the 2nd computer generate the proxies (so I don't include the Cache subfolder), but the Settings50 folder can be copied with the images, retaining your adjustments.
