Importing Lightroom Catalogs

Hi,

Is the Lightroom Catalog import tool working for windows yet? I can's seem to find it on the latest release? Any ETA as to when it might be available?

Not yet and it is only Beta in Mac.
We are working on it but do not have an ETA.
