feature request - can't reach tech support
The C-1 site keeps sending me around in circles - sign up, request type of support, sign up...

I have the link, I select tech support, I log in to continue & it sends me to this page: https://www.phaseone.com/
If I select contact, it starts all over again. There used to be a place to fill in type of camera etc & submit my issue.
I tried a different browser & no change.0 -

I think so but I did get through to log in support so I'll see what they say 0 -
they responded but I couldn't even read the response until I used firefox...so it's chrome suddenly blocking my sign in. They said my account is fine, try deleting cookies & history. I deleted some history...I hate to delete cookies as it causes extra work for log ins. Any other ideas? Chrome used to work fine with phase one. Thanks!! 0 -
