Is there a good way to communicate thoughts/suggestions about interface directly to the development group without using the public forum? I don't have a problem with it, just making sure there isn't a better way than a random post on a public board.

    There is only one way, which happens to be the best way at the same time <g>. Open a support case with Phase One titled 'feature request'.
