Capture folder oddities + file order
Shooting tethered with Canon 1Ds M3. OS 10.9.4. Capture One both 7.2.2.2 and just updated to 7.2.3.29. Macbook Pro 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7 w/ 16 GB of ram. 750 GB hard drive with 400 GB free.
2 problems which might be connected somehow.
1. No images are showing in the "Capture Folder". However, when I navigate to the folder in the Finder it is marked as the Capture Folder and has about 200 images.
2. Images are not staying in order by File Name.
I have tried regenerating thumbnails, changing views, rebooting, etc. which does not fix the problems.
Has anyone seen this behavior?
I'm thinking some preference files might be corrupt, but have no idea which ones I can or cannot safely remove from the Library.

I have one case of this but have not yet resolved it.
My first impression is that the session is corrupt (naming order) however in the test case we have deleting and re-creating the session fails again after a while suggesting the issue is the session mishandling some settings or cache data.
I'll need more info from you in order to figure this out.
Could you make a support case at http://support.phaseone.com and ask for me so we can look into it a bit deeper.0 -
Thanks Jim,
I made a case (146763). I actually tried to do one last night and upload a screen shot of all my phase one pref files but I got an error message. Happy to see your message this morning. Let me know what else you need to know or have from me.
