held SHIFT at startup - now all sessions are gone!!
Damn I shouldn't have done this!!
Followed this advice from another thread which would make C1 to
stop generating previews but now all my sessions dissappeared!
Does anyone have a clue how to bring them back??
I thought this trick would stop the tedious process of making previews at each startup. Why does this have to take so long time? I have several thousand images and I have to take a coffe break every time I want to view some pictures! Why is C1 so slow at startup?

When starting hold down the right shift key until the software loads. This works for me.

The 10th button in the toolbar refresh contence of a folder.
Holding down shift will not remove sessions form Capture One
The more images you have currently active in Capture One the longer it takes to load up, this is natrual, if I would be you I would remove session tabs from Capture One I am not currently using and by that they will not have to be loaded up with images every time you start Capture One.0
