problem converting RAW into JPEG
Hello,
I have a Leica D-LUX 4 and use Capture One 4.1. I have two problems, the first is miner whereas the second is much bigger.
When I download my photos onto my computer using Capture One 4.1, I get a message that says: "Importation is complete, 0 images weren't imported into D:\My Documents\Temp and 1 images couldn't be erased"
I did specify Capture One to erase the image once it was imported on my computer. The image is on the computer.
Second (and much bigger) problem is when I want to convert the RAW image into a JPEG image; I get the following error message: "Out of memory, please restart the application" and then I get the error message: "Error Outputing processing file xxxx.RWL"
Does someone have any information that could help me to get rid of this problem?
Best regards
PS: I use Window XP, SP3, Triple-Core processor 2.30 GHz, 2.93 Go of RAM.

Update to the latest release (current is CO 4.8.1) which you can download from the Phase One download pages and install for free. Since the earliest versions of CO4, like the 4.1 you use, many bugs has been ironed out. Let's see what happens then.
You might want to uninstall your current installation before installing the newer version.0 -
Ok thanks, I will try.
I'll keep you updated once I have installed the latest version 😊0 -
