Website problems

http://phaseone.com/en/My-Account.aspx click on License management and I get this

Server error
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Any chance of a fix soon please (I've opened a support case 3 days ago, no reply as yet)

  Same result as Edward2 when I follow his link. However, when I go the the Phase One main page, click Login ( http://www.phaseone.com/Phase%20One/My- ... Login.aspx ), License Management, all works well.
  
  So the link Edward2 uses seems to be the problem. Prefix 'www.' to it and it works.
