    Try this: in Preferences, General tab, set hardware acceleration (OpenCL) for processing to Never.
    Restart CO7.

    If processed files have "missing" blocks of information it is likely that there was a memory shortage at the time of processing. This can occur if you are using the Hardware Acceleration feature with a Graphic Card that does not have 1GB of Memory, has older drivers or is being used by other programs at the same time as Capture One (restricting RAM for Capture One).

    Referencing other forum threads where the solution was memory related;

    Ok. I changed the OpenGL setting, restarted C1, and re-processed the image with no changes (1080 x 720, 72 dpi, sRGB, JPEG). The squares are still there.

    Then I created a clone variant, pulled the crop open a bit with the crop tool, then re-processed. All other settings the same. No black squares.

    I went back to the original image, and without changing the settings, I re-processed it as a TIFF (100% @ 300dpi, Adobe RGB, TIFF). The squares are still there, but much smaller.

    NN105095UL,
    We've contacted your through a support case and would be very interested in receiving a RAW file from you along with your settings file so that we can recreate the issue.
