instaling C1 3.7

I tried to install in one of my 2 Compaq portables computer Capture One 3.7 and it doesnt recognize my H20 back.
As it happen to me with the other computer, the solution, in that computer, was to format all the Hard Disk to eliminate all the registers (H20 drivers,etc.) and it worked finally with the reload.
As I want to reload the program, without formating the disk, I will like to know how to \"uninstall\" the program?, but also how to eliminate all Capture One registers on the computer?, as I think that a bad loading of Capture One is what makes it not able to recognize my H20 back, Could it be so?.

  Do a complete Uninstall following instructions of Knowledge Base article
