RAW processing with revised camera profiles
Each update of Capture One comes with new or revised RAW processing profiles. In the case of a revised profile, will existing RAW image files from the camera(s) in question be re-processed automatically when the updated app opens, or do they/can they be reprocessed manually and, if so, how is this done? Many thanks in advance to anyone who can enlighten me! Justin

If you are talking about the processing to file, then yes, they will have to be re-processed.
But if you are talking what you see with-in Capture One, then no, as the application uses them from start.0 -
Wouldn't it be good to have a 'New Camera Profile' warning in place? Not that I love clicking warnings away. But if I process or print a file that I thought I already finished, I will get a different result, right?

Sorry, my answer wasn't precise enough.
There are 2 scenarios in this regard:
1: Camera implementation is preliminary: The preliminary color profile will be overwritten with the final profile
2: Camera implemensation is final: A new profile will be called v2 or v3 or v[N]. In some cases this new profile will be set as the new default. Already adjusted images will keep on using the original profile.0 -
Christian,
Thanks for clarifying.
Concerns gone!
