workgroup is not accessible
First try as I must I can't create a ticket. My account shows a software license but no registered product. I have Captureone 5. Full name is James Liddil
I am attempting to access CaptureOne via ID Imager. When I do this I get an error of "workgroup is not accessible" dialog. OI close it an then proceed. But I continue to get this message. Further text of the dialog goes on to talk about server permissions etc. I am running on Windows XP SP3. Captureone is local. My photos are on a Western Digital My Drive. What do I need to change to correct this?

If you like to create a support case, skip the registration field. It is for hardware only.
I am not familiar with ID Image, so I skip that part. Next, you seem to have a permissions issue when trying to open a folder on a external disk from Capture One. This is not uncommon. In general, work on files on your internal disk first to see it all works correct.0 -

Yes I figured out how to create a ticket. Terrible support ticket system. Made me enter harrdware stuff as it is mandatory. I made it up.
support says map the drive. Do that tonight when I get home. That seems odd since is a drive I already access via my machine on my home network.
I'm new to Captureone having gotten it free since I own Expression Media. And now I have a Nikon so I can use C1.0
