Read Only Icon
Dear users,
good morning, I have a question on the subject of C1 Pro 7 for Mac. I've downloaded the trial version of Capture One 7 and installed. I created a new session and imported Raw files from Nikon D3s and D4. The problem is that I can't edit the photos because in the browser window, on each thumbnail, there is an icon showing a crossed pencil, which means, if I'm not wrong, that the photo is read only. How can I change this option and have photos editable?
I thank you in advance for your kind collaboration and I look forward to hearing from you
Best regards

Hi Fabrizio,
You need to make sure you have edit capabilities on the files/folder. And, make sure they are really there (not deleted, or drive unmounted).0 -
I have the same problem. I've just imported a new batch of images and they are showing the crossed pencil immediately. 0 -
Can you be more specific to which location you imported the image files? Do you use session or catalog? What raw files are we talking about? 0 -
I am having the same problem. I am using Sessions mode. The image are just in a test folder and definitely user accessible. I browsed to the folder via the left hand navigation menu in C1... into System Folder.

A bug in the mac version means the eye icon usually used to display DB (digital back only) mode, is represented as the read only icon. Check you have the Pro trial, or Pro mode enabled. 0
