I've found this free camera calibrator named coca that might work but...:

All I need to do is to tell the programm to use the photographed ColorChecker TIFF (with applied Lightroom Style) as a reference and as target the original ColorChecker TIFF. But this software wants a *.cie file as reference and not TIFF file. Tried it already the other way around, generated an *.icm file and it works with Capture One.

How in the world do I generate a *.cie file from my ColorChecker TIFF (with applied Lightroom Style) ???
Tried argyl with scanin, dcp2icc... but couldn't generate that *.cie file.

    Any ideas anybody?

Here are two other interesting tools:

To use the ColorChecker Passport with CaptureOne Pro

Also it seems that the initial version of ColorChecker Passport had an option to create directly ICC profiles. This option was removed in version 1.0.2. I found a screenshot from someone who tested it:
