Tehering a Canon 5D Mk3

I am having trouble with Tethering on my Laptop.

My EOS Utility pops up first, but 7.0.2 does not see the camera until I use that. Is there any work around?

    Make sure EOS Utility is not started when you start Capture One. You can control this from Image Capture program. Connect camera to configure this program.

    Paul what do you mean when you say "You can control this from Image Capture program."?

    Go to your applications folder and find Image Capture. Launch it and with in the program you can tell your OS what program you would like to launch (or none) when a camera or CF card is connected to your computer.
