image adjustments not appearing on 1 computer
hello.
i have come across a problem with capture one that i have never had before.
i have a folder with sub-folders of images on an external hard drive that will not show my image adjustments (contrast/levels etc). all the folders within this main folder have the same issue. all the images show 'zero' adjustments (in their original RAW state). the images are not moveable from 1 folder to another via C1 pro. i get an error that says 'unknown reason'.
there are other folders in the HD that do show image adjustments in 'problem computer'.
i am running 8.3.4.
when i view the same folders in one of my other 2 laptops running 8.3.4, they show all my image adjustments and color tags (everything that you would expect to see).
steps i have taken to try fix problem:
1. i have reset capture one to default settings (via terminal)
2. i have remove capture one using the 'uninstall C1' programme (not sure if program is just old and if there is a newer version)
3. re-installed 8.3.4 after step 2
4. ive moved the folders out of the original folder to see if that was an issue, this made no difference.
sorry this is so long.
anyone with thoughts?
thanks
john
