Strange Bug

Sorry about the bad subject, but didn´t know what I should call this behaviour.
When I try to load pictures in 4.01 (just installed it), all pictures have this strange rgb, or mosaic pattern:

Can someone help me, please?

  Looks like you have not tuned in the right channel on your TV!
  
  Sorry, jokes aside, some basic information on what type of file it is (what camera) would ofcourse help alot. My suggestion is for you to make a support case at http://support.phaseone.com and provide us with one of your RAW files.

  I ran into the same problem, when I upgraded to 4.01. I found that by default C1 was using an icc profile that it didn't like. I think it was one adobe. I stumbled onto my solution by accident. Try clicking the output icond (a single gear) and selecting anothre ICC profile. I actually found several that do not work. Phase One - PC Monitor seems to work fine. Your milage may vary.

  It was indeed the "Process Recipe - ICC Profile". Seems like it doesnt like any of the profile´s that Adobe has installed. It looked the same with different cameras, changed the output ICC, and now all works.
  
  Couldn´t imagine that the output, had anything to do with how the previews look.
  Maybe something for the docs, Ulf?
