processed images - no image just a 212 210 214 rgb tone

I have been processing 6 files from a 50 images session
( P45 ) first 4 of those processed came out good , but the last 2 were correct in size bit depth etc , but there is no image just a continuous tone of rgb 212 210 214 .

After this what I get is grey tone also on other images .
Trashing prefs file did not make any difference .

Any suggestions ?

    OK .
    Phase Support helped me with solution to this problem ( I would call it workaround - all my time consuming settings were lost )
    was to trash all capture settings - and start with a new session .
    apparently there was no problem with captures just settings became corrupted .
