How to access all my sessions

Hi guys. How do I access All the sessions I have previously created. When I select sessions, drop down menu only shows my most recent ones

    File - Open, and then navigate to, and open, the .cosessiondb file in the session folder you want.

    What I did was open Windows file explorer and opened my parent pictures folder. In the search box at the upper right I searched for "*.cosessiondb". I made sure that search subfolders was selected. This results in a list of all the sessions in my pictures folder.

    I then saved that search to my desktop. Double-clicking on it will open up Windows explorer with a list of all my sessions. Then double-clicking on a cosessiondb file will open that session in Capture One.
