Viewer in 100% / no panning?

What am i doing wrong? In C1 v5 I could use the hand to pan the image when in 100% view. What am I supposed to do to get the same in v6? (Using the loupe to get a 100% view of a certain region isn't a usable alternative.)

    Hello

    You can do the same in CO6, there is no difference but check what tool you are using.
    On the tool bar where you have the hand tool, click on it and hold down the mouse button.
    Now it will show a drop down, make sure it is checked on Pan. My guess is that it is right now on Move overlay or Move watermark.
