Poor management of lens and color profile (x-rite passport)
Hello,
I've used CP1 several years with Lightroom. Most significant reason is Lens correction profile is way more enough than CP1 and good match with color correction apps like x-rite's colorchecker passport. I pretty like working flow of CP1 rather Lightroom but these profile thing is more important for pros. Lens profile support is very poor(i.e. canon 100-400mm ii) in CP1 and I tried several method to try proper camera profile with using x-rite colorchecker passport, but wasn't satisfied. I just tried it in Lightroom, it was so easy and looks correct also.
I still like to work my projects in CP1 but now I'm consider to switch back to Lightroom. Especially for camera profile managing.Does anybody using useful tips to using x-rite color checker passport in CP1?
