6.x + Rated files jumping to top of the list

I hate the fact that when sorting is set to rating, images automatically jump to the top every time an images is rated. On top of that, every time an image is rated and this happens... I lose the place where I was in the list before adding the rating.

Called Phase and was told that there is no way to turn this new feature off.

This has ridiculously slowed down our workflow. Am I the only person that thinks that this new method is completely counterproductive when hoping for a quick edit?

    This has been discussed in a previous thread .

    I still agree and cannot believe that Phase One will ignore all of us who find this behavior counter productive.

    Please Phase One fix this issue.

    I have a similiar experience deleting raw-files:
    When deleting more then one file from the browser, the browser jumps to the top.
    If i delete just one file the browser goes to the next undeleted file.

    I think this is an issue similar to this one:
    viewtopic.php?p=43681#p43681
    and as you can see Phase One is aware of the issue.
