CO does not proceed
I have a Problem with CaptureOne 7.0 for Mac: I have 140 Files (.NEF) in the Browser and wanted to process after making my adjustments. But it does not work. I selected the Files but it does not work. I selected the Folder but it does not work. I have the same workaround like in CO 6. It seems this Version is full of bugs. Sometimes files I cannot find, sometimes the screwball is running for a long time so I have to make a brutal stop. Sometime the Previews takes so much time so I can go to lunch! Sessions with more than 300 files are so slowly so I sleep in front of the monitor. I have a Mac Quad-Core Intel Xeon 2,8 Ghz with 16 Gbyt RAM.

Have you tried the 7.0.1 update?

Hi Ian,
yes I updated to CO 7.01. After that it seems all is working well but then at Monday I started a new session with 150 files (NEF). I was making all adjustments and than I starting the process to get jpgs - nothing happens! And there was not one of the little red wheel to see which changes to grey after making the jpg. I reported it to the support team and I wait for the answer.
Many greetings

Hello,
I am experiencing the same problem. Did you ever resolve the issue?
Thank you for your time.

I suggest you describe your workflow (actions, symptoms, type of files). Situations that may look similar are more often than not different in cause and solution.0 -
Hello,
We are running Mac OS 10.8 and Capture One V7. We are using Capture one to capture "Leaf" raw files. We do light touchups then we process them as Tiffs that get sent to Photoshop. In a half day capture one will stop processing the files. I push the process button but nothing happens. I delete the preference files and it works. A half day later and the same problem reoccurs. It seems like others had similar symptoms. Has anyone found a cure for this?0 -
Tips:
- clear the batch history
- keep up to date with the latest maintenance release0 -
I was having the same problem and solved it by NOT creating or loading a saved workspace. Similar solution given here for crashes: viewtopic.php?f=46&t=13558 Modifying the default workspace seems ok but it's the using of a saved workspace (even a new one created in C17 ) and then closing the app and reopening it the app the processing fails do do anything. 0
