Serious RAW problem Magenta cast

Big bug in the way capture one 7 uses different sized Raw files. Full Raw perfect, medium Raw Big cast, Small Raw little cast.

I have a canon 7D.

I have a case open. Support Case Number 123448
But you guys take forever to reply. Been waiting since the 19th for a solution. So long i ended up trying to find out what the problem was and i solved it for you. Solution use full size RAW files only. I miss capture one pro 6 trial. Wish i bought 6 instead of 7.

    pretty sure your V7 license gets you 6.4.5 as well or maybe thats only if you update from 6.

    I can confirm as a new capture one pro 7 user i can use my serial with 6.45 as well. I had asked the support team but no response. Asking in forums gets the job done.

    No problem shooting full Raw, Medium Raw or Small Raw in 6.4.5

    Edit, it deactivates 7 when you use 6.

    Strange that CO6 activation deactivates CO7. I had both on the same system, both activated (and counted only as one activation).

    Regarding your case and the Phase One reply: have you check your case online for its status?

    Have you had any luck on the "casting" issues?
    I'm getting similar issues, but with another type of cast. Shot full resolution RAW files with a Canon 1Dx. After import, COP7 creates a preview and all thumbnails or files suddenly shift over 1 f-stop or so under exposed and highly saturated. Of course re-adjusting creates noise and artifacts. Not good.

    Stopped using 7 completely. Just use 6 as it works.
