FREE Sandisk CameraOne Version updateable to version 4?

Hi!

Here in Germany you can get the 2 GB Sandisk Extreme III CF card with a Camera One LE Key for around 55 € making some 70 USD, I think. With Capture One LE included, that's really great! Currently I'm thinking about to sell my Canon EOS 300D to get a brand new 400D, and the "old" and sadly discontinued RawShooter Essentials won't work with the 400D, as far as I know. So that would be a great option to get a new huge memory card AND a great Raw Workflow Software for my 400D!

The big question: Can I update the Sandisk Version (now 3.7.5, I think) to version 4, available sometime in 2007? Or can I at least update it to all the following bugfix-releases of the 3.x-series of the software?

  UpDates fix Bugs and add new camera models and have always been Free.
  
  Version 4.0 will be a chargeable UpGrade.
  Since LE comes with 1 Free UpGrade, you will indeed be able to get 4.0 with the redemption of your Free UpGrade.
  The LE version of 4.0 is due early 2007
