My name is Jess and I am a colleague of Matt and Raiza's at Mylio Support. I hope you had a good weekend.
I was writing to follow up regarding Phase One IIQ support. We do not have plans at this time to support Phase One IIQ in any of the upcoming releases due to the rarity of these cameras. However, we will keep you posted if our plans change.
If there is sufficient demand for it we will add it in the future.

A shame they figure the IIQ format is 'rare'. Maybe for their Canon & Nikon clientele but still...0
