Keystone correction for architectural images
Hello,
I did some architectural pics for an architect and found one problem using keystone correction in Capture One 10.
- I use a Nikon D7200 with an Sigma 18-35 1:1.8 to shoot the pics.
- I stood on a ladder to have less keystone effects.
- With the import into c1 I do an automatic lens correction for der Sigma 18-35, but there is just a preset for Canon cameras.
- In post production I worked with the vertical keystone correction tool and got very good effects on the pics.
But, in some pics, with long horizontal lines, I got the effect, that this line (the base of a roof i.g.) is bent a little, which is not, what I want to see in this sort of photography.
Please, could you tell me what to do to delete this effect?
(a tilt shift lens is out of my budget)

You can just apply the Canon-mount version of the lens. The lens-design is identical.
We have not been able to obtain the Nikon-version, which is why we can't auto-detect the Nikon version.
If you want to help us, please send a raw file from your Nikon using that sigma lens. We should then be able to add auto-detection for the Nikon-mount version as well.0 -

Michael,
This is a User to User forum not the official support forum.
Use the link in ben_US's post (in the footer) to create a Support Case and load the sample file there.
That is the Official Support service offered by Phase and is fully managed, traced, communicated and so on.

For such a large file as a RAW, the best way is to use specific tools (Dropbox, WeTransfer,....).0 -

I think it should be possible to upload the file directly to the Support Case system. No email required.
