Navigating Screen and Temporary Corrections
Sorry to ask such a set of n00b questions and to batch two into one post, but here they are:
I (as many people do) have a sensor that masquerades as a magnet for dust. I'm over that, but still need to remove all of the spots, including the most subtle. In Lightroom or Photoshop, there are keyboard shortcuts that allow me to page down one screen at a time, then page over, then page up, until I can be confident I have examined every pixel in the image. Is there a similar capability in Capture One? If so, I haven't found it.
Following along the previous point, some of the sensor spots -- especially when shot at f/8 or f/11 are not "jump right out there and bite you" defects, yet they lessen the quality of the image. I can find and fix them in Photoshop by creating an adjustment layer with exceptionally high contrast to make them apparent, do the corrections, then discard the layer. Is there a similar (or better) technique for Capture One?
I recognize these are really basic questions, but I'm finding the results of C1 better than LR in most cases but there are some productivity issues I am trying to weld onto my C1 workflow.
Thanks,
Steve
