How to flip a crop from horizontal to vertical

I want to change my crop mode from horizontal to vertical and I have too fuss around for a while until some how magically it changes.
Am I missing a click on somewhere that does it?

    The crop orientation changes as you draw it. If you draw it to the side then you get a horizontal crop. If you draw it vertically then the crop will follow that orientation. That is my experience.
