Tether or wireless for Nikon 810D
If I tether with a 15 foot cord, what is the best cord? Also, is there a transmitter solution?

Being able to use the wireless connection would really be nice. 0 -

Try using the 'Hot Folder' option CO has. Just import wireless to a local folder with your camera's original software, DslrDashboard, CamRanger, or anything alike. In CO, set that import older as 'Hot Folder' and watch it.
It doesn't offer all the options you have when using wired, but it lets you shoot wireless into CO.

Try "Tethertools.com" usb 3 cables
I think you can only transmit jpegs.0 -
The best way to tether the D810 is with Nikon's own short USB3 cable, and the plastic USB clip that wraps around the collar of this specific cable, and plugs into the side of the camera. Then extend with a good 5m USB3 "repeater" cable like the ones from Tethertools. 0
