Capture Pilot Troubleshooting (mac)

hi - wondering if anybody could help:
running CO6 and using itouch4.
both are on my studio network.
itouch sees the selected network i selected in the CO6 capture pilot tab
when i select the network from the itouch i get a very brief "connecting" message, then a black screen. and that's it.
i have the correct capture folder selected (with captures inside) ....

any help appreciated.

  We did the same experience with the updated pilot (1.01) and find out it works when you do not use a password for the image server.
  Unnecessary to mention that now everyone who's in your network can connect to your image server!!!
  This makes the pilot unusable for us in rental studios but maybe for you it's fine...

  worked perfectly. i would never have figured it out. phase one aren't the most responsive with these kinds of issues.

  For clearness, this user-to-user forum is not the place for a direct response from Phase One (although it can happen occasionally). Open a support case for that purpose and you'll experience how very responsive they are.
